Ok, some of the worst films that I have had to sit through are seriously holiday films. The reason why I say that is due to the fact that they always have a certain level of pompous bullshit to them. One of the few films that I really liked that was holiday related was A Christmas Story cause that movie people can legitimately relate to. However, the majority of these films are usually shitty rehashes of stories like 'A Christmas Carol' or is full of some pompous family oriented message. Seriously, I dare anybody to tell me that Santa Claus Conquers The Martians, Fred Claus, Reindeer Games, and Eight Crazy Nights (The only good Adam Sandler film was Happy Gilmore cause the immortal Bob Barker beat the shit out of him, and don't even get me started about Grandma's Boy cause that's the worst fucking comedy film I've seen in the last 5 years.) is quality viewing.

If somebody wants to waste their money on these films then by all means feel free to do so. However, don't drag me into this bullshit one bit!
