The were wardriving, and found a unsecured wireless access point used by the Lowe's chain of home improvement and hardware stores. Several months later they returned to find to to explore and exploit the network at a store located in Southfield, Michigan. They we charged with wire fraud, and unauthorized access. Later he got 26 months in prison.
