SOLDIERX.COM Nobody Can Stop Information Insemination

NetScanner is my project for soldierx and is being developed in C. So far things are going great, however, when the software scans ports, it is dramatically slow. I'm looking for tips on speeding up the scan as well as speeding up the code all together.
