Has anyone used this service? (witopia.net).. I was interested in purchasing a VPN service, but (obviously) anonymity is extremely important...

Does anyone have a suggestion of any recommended "proven to be secure" services? The price of witopia is very reasonable, but I'd rather not be a victim of any honeypots...
