SOLDIERX.COM Nobody Can Stop Information Insemination

I have to do a complete wipe/install of the system. This is a netbook so no optical drives are available. I have obtained multiple ISO images but no matter what ISO tool I use I can't make a bootable USB flash drive. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.
