Clones?

Hey just trying find an "easy"(as if) or even hard way of cloneing a samsung model number GT-S5570 and the android verson is 2.3.5, what i am aiming to do is to screen messages and listen in calls if thats at all possible, being able to take control of the call would be even better.
anything even if its "no1 has figured out a way yet" is a help
