SOLDIERX.COM Nobody Can Stop Information Insemination

I was using WSUS to update the install on a friends system and now Bitlocker wants a recovery key. Unfortunately he doesn't know what it is and it's not showing in the microsoft account attached to his email.

Is there anything I can do regarding possible exploits to get to his data?
