Vince Tocce, known as VinceintheBay, is said to be a 41 year old, 6’2’ Caucasian male from the SF Bay Area who is known among hackers for hosting the Vince in the Bay Blog Talk Radio Show. He takes pride in himself for influencing Anonymous and hacker communities.

Facts

He believes he gained notoriety for participating in #OpBART, which targeted the administrators of the Bay Area Rapid Transit system after the killing of a protestor by a BART police officer.
