2009 Tutorial Contest Voting

Each member of the High Council was able to vote on 5 tutorials. Their top tutorial would receive 5 points and the last one would receive 1 point. This is known as a Borda Count. 50% of the votes were to come from the High Council, and 50% from the users via a poll. Due to the low amount of quality tutorials, some high council members chose not to use all of their votes. In the case of Sn4ggl3, he said "All of these tutorials are shit" and refused to vote on any of them. To help out the people who wrote multiple tutorials, we decided to give points by user, rather than just tutorial.

Sn4ggl3:
"shitty tutorials, no points to anybody." - original statement
After looking at the tutorials again, he decided that EverestX had put some work into his tutorials and they were fairly close to what people should be trying to do. All of his points to EverestX: 15
