Boots into Windows PE 2.0, runs fast simultaneous diagnostics on different pieces hardware. Also prints a pretty report for customers. The only downside is that it requires a usb dongle for hardware verification.

Good diagnostic software. No dongle == lots of copies to run on several machines at once

UBCD
Free software which is always preferred but no automated scripts i.e. you can't tell it to test everything, just one thing at a time. Also has a bunch of little utilities for misc crap.
