SOLDIERX.COM Nobody Can Stop Information Insemination

i am a student at some university. i usually get pissed off coz i cannot download large files (>100mb)
the connection is using cable, there is a proxy where all students must use to get access to the internet

port : 8080

i dont know what other information i must tell.
