SOLDIERX.COM Nobody Can Stop Information Insemination

I was given one of these to play with.
What it does is it gives your phone 3G connection with the help of the internet.
I am in an area that doesn't offer 3G but they will not allow me to use in my area because I get full bars on the Edge network.
They track this with GPS inside the box and know were I am... so no go.

Looked on the net for someway to bypass but came up empty handed and was wondering if someone has seen a work around.
