SOLDIERX.COM Nobody Can Stop Information Insemination

For a project I'm creating, I'd like to implement a tool similar to GS' Replicating Infection Finder.

However, I can't seem to figure out exactly how it works. I've been able to gleam a little bit of information from running the tool and procmon, but not enough to actually figure anything out.

Does anyone know how it works? Or can someone direct me somewhere that might help?
