I need help, again.

Blizzard Entertainment Inc. has shut down another of my forums located in Sweden. I am running a simple site from my cpu but I need help setting up a secure forum that won't buckle under threat of litigation. If anyone out there can help me out I would be very happy, btw money is not an issue.
My isp has since stopped me from running a site from my cpu and I have also been suspended 3 times now by hosts from 3 different countries (USA/Sweden/Canada)
Can anyone help?
