SOLDIERX.COM Nobody Can Stop Information Insemination

I got this error this morning when i woke up after i had finished playing TF2 on steam and now i have this error and i have no idea how to fix it and all the people that have answered this said i need the Original start-up disc but i no longer have that. my mom though it was a junk disc and tossed it because it was in my room in an odd way so i knew where it was so some help would be appreciated and the damage was done to my Desktop PC or gamer as i call it any and all help is Appreciated.
