Editing Terraria 1.2.3.1 inventory or hacking inventory

HI MASTERS OF HACKING!! =D
Well... My problem is... I got 120 ingots of titanium and 154 ingots of adamantite and a broken hero sword... and one day I started playing and were n´t there!!!! TwT That´s why I want to hack my inventory... TO ADD BACK MY INGOTS AND MY SWORD!! TwT If someone knows how I would be grateful!! :DD
