HOW CAN I MAKE GEEK SQUAD MRI BOOT FROM FLASH DRIVE

Hi i have just joined this forum and i am sure this has been asked before. I am trying to make a bootable geek squad mri from flash drive, i persume this can be done as i belive this is how the agents run the mri.
I have tried to make it boot from flash drive but i can't get it to work.
Dose anybody no how to do this and if so would you be able to do a step by step guide on how it can be done. thanks in advance.
