Ok, since I was accused of being a hater after saying that I haven't see that many games that really have peaked my interest this generation. I've decided to highlight games that I am a fan of this generation.

The first game is Grasshopper Manufacture's No More Heroes. This game has a unique sense of style, gameplay that actually makes good use of the Wiimote, great beat em up (or in this case slice em up) action, an original storyline, and a hell of a soundtrack to boot. What I find rather unfortunate is that not too many people really have been exposed to this game despite it doing reasonably well in the US. (A sequel is in the works and will be coming out next year.)
