Bioc Agent 003
Biography:
Bioc Agent 003 is a phreaker and one of the members of Fargo 4A (another hacking group profiled by Phrack). He published a document entitled "The Course in Basic Telecommunications" (Part 1 - 7) to popular bulletin board systems (BBS). The 1st document (Part 1) became one of the most successful phreak philes of the golden age of BBS systems.
