Biography:
Tim Strazzere is an Android geek and reverse engineer who lives in San francisco, Ca and graduated from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. He works at Lookout Mobile Security and reverses Android malware and other things for a living. He is the author of APKfuscator, a generic DEX file obfuscator and munger. He also presented this tool at Blackhat 2012 for the talk; "Dex Education: Practicing Safe Dex".
