setting up windows server 2003 as wireless router(need help!!!!)

im using windows server 2003 as a wireless router cuse our router id failing and no cash 2 get a new 1. i have 1 wireless linksys card and to ethernet nic's we want the wireless and 1 ether net to act as ICS(internet connection sharing) w/nat and other ether net is connected to the modem does any one know how to do this or have any hot to links for me anything would help thanks
