best buy - FAIL (are we surprised?)

Just an amusing article -- apparently, when Best Buy was offering 'optimized' computers for sale for around an extra $40, they refused to explain what, exactly, the optimization process entailed. Apparently, what it entailed was.... well, not entirely clear, other than deleting useless shortcuts on the desktop -- but whatever it was, it actually slowed down certain computer models. (FAIL)
