Help with link exchange

If you haven't noticed, we only have a few links at http://www.soldierx.com/Link-Exchange
Does anybody know of any sites that we should do a link exchange with? I've been rather busy so I haven't had time to go around looking for sites. Grey was assigned with this task but so far he hasn't come up with anything. Would anybody be interested in helping out with this? We need to bring in more targeted traffic, and I think we're going to need somebody working at least part time to accomplish this.
Please let me know, bribery with VIP while you're doing it is a possibility
