Skype credit theft
A friend of mine seems to have had her CC info stolen and used to make purchases from skype.com and upjers.com a few days ago. I am trying to find reliable contact information for slype to try to get this resolved. I have looked all over their site and at their whois information, as well as on google. All I have been able to find is a phone number in Luxembourg, and two email addresses [email protected] and [email protected]. [email protected] kicks back an auto reply saying they no longer use that address, and I somehow doubt they frequently (if ever) check the email listed in their whois info.
Does anyone here happen to know of a better way to contact them about this? I'd really like to obtain the IP address the purchases were made from. My friend seems to think I might have done this, and I would really like to be able to prove I didn't.
