U3 Portable Apps

Hello, I am currently running mozilla portable 3.6.6 off of a u3 enabled Sandisk 16gb fd, U3 is optimized to run portable apps off of the drive, it works great! on my older system this actually makes my browsing faster. But, U3 claims it leaves no marks on the hosting computer, and to the newbs eye it doesn't, just wondering, could a pro could find traces of it on a system?
