SOLDIERX.COM Nobody Can Stop Information Insemination

followed instructions word for word.... i'm able to boot into the menu, but when i select MRI menu i get:

Error 25: Disk read error

I'm thinking it's the ISO image??? I recreated another ISO...still get the same issue.... I coped the Herins cd to the usb...that works fine...it's the MRI that doesn't work... a lil help would be appriciated...
