SOLDIERX.COM Nobody Can Stop Information Insemination

Hello to everyone I'm new so if this is in the wrong section please square me away.

I just used MRI 5.1.0 which I liked very much. But here's my problem. When I boot it goes to Window Boot Manager a menu appears and has "Boot MRI PE [EMS Enabled]" at the top and then below it, "Boot Client OS" Any suggestions on how to fix this would be great.
