I'm a student in college, and usually love my t(o)rre(n)ts. however, internet is highly regulated. the more i look into safe do(w)nloa(d)ing, the more usenet comes up. I'm just curious as t whether or not it is worth it, and how difficult it is to learn. any and all advice is welcome thanks
