SOLDIERX.COM Nobody Can Stop Information Insemination

I have a conundrum.

Trying to revive a laptop. Tried different new HDD's. Tried different new RAM. Loaded different OS's (WinXP, WinVista, Win7, Ubuntu)

No matter what we try it always freezes at the OS loading screen. AKA the Black screen with windows logo and loading bar.
And it does this with every OS. There is no onboard RAM.

This is the shop project, multiple well known good techs and get the same result.

Has anyone ever heard of this happening, or even know what might cause this.
