User Points and Member Rankings
We have introduced some new code that should have stabilized the user points system. We also ran a script to give users points for all of the content they had created prior to us introducing the points system. All of the older members that contributed a great deal should be pleasantly surprised with a large number of points 
We're still not totally sure what we're going to do with the points system, but we may implement a system where you can buy things with your points such as VIP to the site. For right now it's just used as a ranking system that you can use to see how much content a user has submitted. Since content can be voted on, it can also be reflective of the quality of a user's posts.
