SOLDIERX.COM Nobody Can Stop Information Insemination

Got a good copy of the software and working with a hard drive that seems to have failing sectors. 2 questions:

1. Is SpinRite any good? Does it work? Any personal stories on this software?
2. Is it worth trying to revive the HDD and continue using it? Or should i just revive, backup data, and replace?
