What compiler/IDE do you use?

I was curious to see what members here use for an IDE/compiler. I was looking around for a good IDE that's good to use for both Windows and Linux OS environment mainly so I could take my code to work and do it while I was there when I get time. Any suggestions from some of the programmers on this site?
