SOLDIERX.COM Nobody Can Stop Information Insemination

So I got a new big ass monitor and I love it. The only thing is that X is flickering and driving me batshit insane.

I would have to think I need another video card, but I'm running out of ideas. Anyone have suggestions? It's not flashing on or off, rather the text is flickering around the edges.

I'm at 1680x1050 resolution. I've tried playing with that and the refresh rates. For some reason I think that's the problem. Maybe I'm doing it wrong?
