look people i know that must to be a basic skill but i dont know how i can use telnet.
i know how to use ping and a lot of other tools but i cant understand telnet and everytime i try a url the conection fail.
wtf?
i read a lot of things, i visited they site, asked, nobody i know exept my father know how to use that( my father sad he wont tell me)( he is graduated in a telecomunication best school in my city and he was the best in his time, his brother wasnt good like him but his brother almost work at MIT)

so could someone tell me how can i conect to other countries servers to hack?
