SOLDIERX.COM Nobody Can Stop Information Insemination

While talking to a senior IT professional today he said something about blocking the port for Xbox Live on peoples Xbox's. I was fairly interested to see how much could actually be done by this, but am unsure where to start with this. Any ideas?
