Information on locating a foriegn governments top secret base?

So I have just out of curiosity because I know someone who work at this base and wondering on an exact location of the Mifrasit Modinn Base, the only piece of information that I can verify that is accurate is that the base is traveled to by metropoline line route 44 in Israel. I also am under the impression that it is a mossad/nuclear base. any help as to an exact location in degrees preferably would be wonderful, I have been trying to exact a location for a while.
