Zalman ZM-VE200 Not working

Just bought the Zalman ZM-VE200 from quietpc.co.uk/ (only place I could find it. I live in US)
I put a SSD into it. Plugged it into my computer by usb. I can't get to the drive at all. In win explorer it says there is a BD-Rom drive. I can't write to it or open it. I try the other modes ODD and HDD but I get nothing in Win Explorer.
My thoughts is it is from the UK and wont work. What are yours?
