SOLDIERX.COM Nobody Can Stop Information Insemination

Hi,
I'm new here so this may be in the wrong section. A friend of mine needs a single sent email spoofed. It isn't to steal anything or some stupid credit card scam. It is a release to copy on old audio tape reel for archival purposes.

Can you please point me to someone that could accomplish this? All the obvious Google searches to services still leave traces.
