SOLDIERX.COM Nobody Can Stop Information Insemination

Hi Guys, I'm looking to customize a program for network install. I want to Configure it for use then repackage the program to install on other systems. I use to use a program long time ago that did this but can't remember the name. win (something). Anyone out there know of a program that can do this? Many Thanks for those that respond.
