SOLDIERX.COM Nobody Can Stop Information Insemination

I have a linux hosting account with unlimited bandwidth. I am wondering if anyone knows of a solution for VOIP that can be ran from a web site location and be kept alive by running a continuous cron process to be able to make and receive phone call through linux web hosting? If anyone has any ideas I would be so appreciative every time I google to try to find something I get a jumble of results that are not what I am looking for... I would prefer that it has an easy way to setup a 1(800) number to work with it and forward to cell phones directly not through and sip client... Thanks ahead for any suggestions.
