SOLDIERX.COM Nobody Can Stop Information Insemination

I need some help setting up a connection between servers. Just moving NFS shares through an ethernet connection on an EMC Data Mover to the ESXi5.0 VMware host. I can't seem to see the server. Has anyone else done this? I have checked a number of guides and forum on VMware's website, but nothing stating that there can be a set up connection without iSCSI.
