Sending mail through telnet

Hello all, it has been a very long time since I have been on-site. I hope everyone is doing well, I have a question about sending "ghost" emails through the telnet client. Can anyone create a walk-through of everything I need to do to be able to do this? I would greatly appreciate it. If need be PM me at any time.
