SOLDIERX.COM Nobody Can Stop Information Insemination

Got hijacked by ransomware on Server 2003 and it had encrypt all my files.... Used Derp to scan all scanners and removed it. Still no boot. Did the repair on server 2003 it booted, having issues with activation not coming up. I did search on google to fix and the issues is not able to get in safemode with cmd. It get stuck at acpitabl.dat..

I can careless getting the system boot back up I just want my database files. The issues on database files are encrypted by ransomware. Is there a way to decrypt the rar files? crack it or something..
