Flash Grabber...or something like that? Anyone?

Well i am taking a cert test online and i want to be able to take the flash object out of it wanted to know if anyone could help?
So when i go to the "Area to start" the test the url up at the top stays the same..like this https://....com/user/content_popup.asp then when i go into the test url does not change...i have tried swf grabbers and stuff but nothing...wanted to now if anyone has anything to be able to grab this thing out of it lol
