SOLDIERX.COM Nobody Can Stop Information Insemination

Hi hackingfolks,

I have reboot disks, but they don't seem to work I tried going into safe mode by push F8 and it left me with the black and white "Insert a disk a push a key" screen...What steps should I take to get them working? I'm new to hacking, and virus removal...Also where can I practice removing viruses without doing harm to my computer?..Thanks.
