SOLDIERX.COM Nobody Can Stop Information Insemination

hello all I currently have a new C&C server so I can handle more bots for my botnet and also add more.. now here's my issue:

recantally I have set up hosting through a new provider because theyre cheap and good... but my server will not receive anything from new bots, software wize its set up properly but no matter what when I infect my computer to see if it connects back to the server, it does not connect back to my server. I have been researching this issue but information is limited and I have spent atleast 3 days trying to figure out why bots wont connect to the server.

please help asap, I have ppl who want to buy more bots off of me.
