SOLDIERX.COM Nobody Can Stop Information Insemination

While i was looking through youtube i noticed some hard drive cleaners wont allow your hard drive to be functional after the cleanse, would anyone know if dban i safe to use if i want to continue using the same hard drive? On another note i did try it but when i enter the bios the dvd/cd rom option wont be listed, i get a pop up saying i need a windows repair disc there for i cant ever complete the cleanse
