SOLDIERX.COM Nobody Can Stop Information Insemination

Theory.

I have an application installed that connects to a cloud service.
The cloud service complains my speeds are insufficient.
I complain there cloud service blows and they need to fix there load balancing or what ever.
I would like to Traceroute the cloud service to see if we have a middle man problem.
They wont release the cloud IP

Ideas?
