SOLDIERX.COM Nobody Can Stop Information Insemination

I found in my room a not too old surfboard cable modem. and i've heard that you can go on youtube and soder yourself the modem and some how (i'm making it seem easier then it is im sure) make the modem anonymous so i can use it and have unseen networks only and have an online network at my house. RaT had a Speach about it and i'd like to find it, and like to know how to do it. I'll get my specs for my cable modem so everyone knows what i'm using.
