SOLDIERX.COM Nobody Can Stop Information Insemination

Was on bug track today, I wondered about something. I wonder if a lot of hackers we don't hear about design there own sploit scanners, and then just monitor sites like bug track and somehow implement the new exploits that come out into there scanners, then continue there scans. Seems theoretically possible. logically though I'm not sure if I'm saying it right, or w/e. What are some scanners you use everyday? I personally have a scanner I've used for time called "HARRIS'S Stat" scanner. I BELIEVE its mandated from the gov from where I "acquired" it. Accepts updates, multiple machine scans, etc.. let me know.
